Words liberate me
Giving me the oxygen to breathe
Create this beautiful world inside my head
Write the pictures that I see at night
Words give me hope, faith, love, and peace
The loudest words that are spoken are spoken in the silence
They hid within the trees
They grab onto the wind as it whistles by
You see them with your eyes
The way they fill up your heart turning it into rust or gold
It's a miracle in itself
The way they look when you write them down
The form they take
Words can't just be heard, they have to be felt
Nourished like a newborn baby
Cradled to enable it to grow
Words are the nectar to which we feed on
