Words In My Head

To the past which never misses me,
Change is my worst nightmare
And also my best friend
This relationship is hard to wrap my head around
These lips look redder in retrospect
Like the bottom of a bottle
Feels better when you’re there,
But tomorrow is a whole different bargain
When there is no more excuses left to bear,
I find myself once again here
I go back to the place I Love,
All alone,
Where these lips look redder in retrospect
The experiences with the kisses of death,
Taking innocence away at the first heart throb,
A journey in which loves to be put on repeat
By no one on the Earth but me…
Worlds of memories…
Of the past which never misses me…
