It takes way long from strengthening of muscles by Stretching and Sweating,
Handily with Peace of inner soul by Meditating.
And guess what happens underneath your skin?
A sort of Glory is felt like you have it all within,
And then, when it results in proliferate-metabolism like way no before,
With epic control over your heart rate
As balancing qualities have been developed by none other than your blood’s pressure.
Above all it’s chaperoned with muscular and joint strengths so you can sit, stand and run swiftly anywhere.
Enunciating these merits she added along the inducement of my robustness so long
Was just a secret but its no more as I am telling you my dear one it’s YOGA after all.
