You Never Know

Today I'm in the richest palaces
And yachts of the world,
Tomorrow maybe
I'll be in the poorest sulky roads
Of the town.
You never know,
What every second with it brings-
Something marvellous or a disaster?
Today I'm in the centre
Of this unending universe,
Tomorrow maybe
A corner will be my home.
You never know,
Who's important to you?
Who'll be the one with you?
Or against you altogether.
You never know,
Where you end up
When you die
From all those golden cradles
To humid woody graves,
Somehow it all just happens
In a second's flick
From all those fireworks
A darkness,
Just unravels.
