your art

I’ve got a problem
I’ve missed a lot of blue skies
I shut myself out on purpose
I told myself not to agree with a good perspective
I woke up at sunset
I let the moonlight only hear my sadness
I’ve got a problem
I’ve missed a lot of blue skies
I can no longer run from my past
I need to change my pace
I can’t live on in sorrow
I miss the Sun
I’ve got a problem
I’ve missed a lot of blue skies
I witnessed the darkness of this planet
I saw roses loose all shape pedal by pedal
I felt the rescuing spirits
I learned about something beautiful in my solitude
I’ve got my saving grace
I’ve beat away my mind’s softly spoken lies
I found the perfect get away
I have the chance to dive into my art
I gained experience in life
I now know what it feels like to truly live
I’ve got my saving grace
I’ve beat away my mind’s softly spoken lies
I hope for you all to do the same
I wish for us all to rise up from our ashes
I have to say you’re just as unique
I know you can leave the darkness you face in your next blink
I’ve got to say goodbye
I’ve chiseled these words into existence to say Amen we’re alive
I’ve got my saving grace
I’ve blossomed with a seal of approval
I hope you know your voice has just as much importance
I hope I read your story one day about how you fought away the darkness
