Your Gallery of Memories

Each day we paint a picture of our life
in someone's memory.
You be the critic; what will you say?
How will I hang in your gallery of memories this day?

A clean canvas begins each day;
our deeds, the words we spoke,
are the colors and brush strokes.

I pray to God one more day He will give,
a clean canvas, with deeds and words to fill.
One more picture of my life
to you I will give.

So paint each day as your best.
Remember: the colors, the brush strokes
are the deeds and words you spoke.
For each new day is a test.
Oh Lord let this day be my best.
