You’re the One I See

When he holds me in his arms,
When I fall asleep next to him,
Even when we fight,
You're the one I see.
When he whispers in my ear,
When he makes me laugh or cry,
When he tells me he loves me,
You're the one I see.
When I pack my things and leave,
When I enter the black, rusted gates,
As I look at the tombstone beneath the weeping willow,
You're the one I see.
