Yourself

Are you lost?
Knock, knock!
Who’s there?
No one
No one who?
No one
Because I’ve lost myself
I don’t find it funny
Actually, I think you’re fortunate
To have lost yourself
Means you can re-build
Start from square one
Be whomever you want
So this is the funeral
For yourself
The old you is gone
Now let’s start something new
Knock, knock!
Who’s there?
Someone beautiful
Someone beautiful who?
Some beautiful that’s you!
Now you can be re-born
After losing yourself, you find redemption
Loss gives us courage
To really live with our Creator
So get closer
To falling off the edge
So you can loose yourself
Into where the true journey begins
