I am a licensed counselor turned writer. Although my undergrad degree is in English, I hadn't written in years, until September 2011, when I began to write my memoir. Now, almost three years later, I have published that memoir, written about 40 pages of poems, started a blog, and have written two short stories. I have a new found passion for writing and I am excited to see where it takes me!
