All Fall To the Side
There are no places left to hide.
The nursery rhymes all fall to the side
And the clock runs counterclockwise
As the cow jumps backwards over the moon
When the dish runs away with the fork
And nothing is left in the cupboard
To comfort all the king's men and all the king's horses
When Humpty Dumpty falls apart again.
I am you, and you are he,
And we are all falling to the side
Broken egg shells and birds in a pie
Defy reason.
