Anxiety
Rushing around with no where to go
Sitting down with the overwhelming urge to move
Weird head tilt
All symptoms of my anxiety
People stare when I get anxious
My mouth talks a million miles a second
My hands shake or move uncontrollably
My head tilts to one side every few minutes
My neck gets stiff
My back feels like it wants to explode
I feel as though the world is against me
This is when my temper is at its peak
My anxiety is Real
Just like the pain it causes
Sitting down with the overwhelming urge to move
Weird head tilt
All symptoms of my anxiety
People stare when I get anxious
My mouth talks a million miles a second
My hands shake or move uncontrollably
My head tilts to one side every few minutes
My neck gets stiff
My back feels like it wants to explode
I feel as though the world is against me
This is when my temper is at its peak
My anxiety is Real
Just like the pain it causes
