~Broken Minds~

Tormented and tortured broken inside
As you crippled my emotions
With all your mental madness
You laughed at my sadness
I would wither in my pain
Beaten and bloody and broken
Completely numb feeling frozen
You left me feeling nothing
You taught me love is pain
After all you had nothing to gain
Just to beat your daughter senseless
When you were drunk and didn't give a dam
I was a young girl when that
Endless cycle of pain began
You would liquor me up
Just to shut me up
And by the time I was 8
It was to late a drunk at age 8
Drowning in my despair
Broken mind beyond repair
