Day at the Beach
A beautiful sunny day and off to the beach we go,
Across the ocean where the warm wind does blow,
With our multi coloured buckets and matching spades,
Swimming trunks packed and a pair of designer shades,
Not forgetting to bring the factor 50 sun screen lotion,
Rubbing your partner's back in slow motion,
Kids playing happily in the sand with no hassle,
As they joyfully build a wonky sand castle,
Sea gulls swoop low and let out a scream,
As they try to steal your ice cream,
While you stand in line at the ice cream van,
Semi naked tanned bodies like they have been in a frying pan,
This what it is like to have a walk by the sea,
On a glorious day, it's the best place to be.
