Far away, love must go,
forever unforeseen
until that day a reminiscent face
brought back all my dreams.
though i hope it’s she,
it will always be me
loving an unreality.
love has gone, far away
much too far to reach
that familiar face across an eating place,
should i attempt to go beseech?
though i hope it’s she

as i try unliving reality.

This Poems Story
i saw someone at a restaurant that looked so much like a past love. A love i know can never be recaptured with anyone else, as i struggle to accept, the reality of that.
