Helpless

Have you ever felt helpless?,
Been put in a position where you cannot save your dear defenseless?,
Where when they come to you,
You must tell them that there's nothing you can do?
My little boy came to me,
And the judge with an order rendered me powerless unfortunately,
My son said he was being abused,
And unfortunately the judge is being used,
My instinct says protect your son,

And stand by your conviction?,
How can you leave me unable to defend my son,
When that's what needs to be done?,

Then may God help you,
