I saw forever

My eyes closed shut
My heart is in fear of
Not knowing what is near
GOD I can sense your presence here

Take my hand O Lord and lead the way
cleanse me of the things that makes me weary
Take away the evils that leaves me worn
Free my spirit from this old body that I too
Am reborn

I began to circle above the flowers
Soaring in the air
O Lord you are mighty faithful true and fair
I praise you with the heaven and earth down
Below I am truly your child and everyone
Will know

An angel took my hands and
Lead me to the promised lands
I felt no hurt I cried no tears
Cuz' everyone I loved was near
The young and old and even deceased
They all were within my reach

But now im awake im back to reality
My usual pain is coming back to me
So while im here i'll drift away
and continue to envision this glorious day
I never thought I'd have the pleasure
of seeing my life anew forever
