INDIA \'s REPUBLIC DAY

INDIA ‘s REPUBLIC Day
26 January, is our Republic Day,
Is written in history as a glorious day,
A day when we breath the fresh air of Independence,
Along with the fathers and our Dependents,
Gandhi and Ahimsa were our magic words of victory,
Actions that bore sweet fruits on the Republic tree,
Nehru, Sardar Patel, subhash Chandra Bose,
Were the other petals of the Rose,
Though I was not born in those days,
But books tell, those were great days,
Days of national Brotherhood and unity,
In those heroes hearts there was pity,
Today we must not forget our National heroes ,
Pay gratitude to those Noble souls,
Who aimed for freedom as a goal,
Let’s find solution for our difficulties and woes,
Remove enmity and all our foes,
With patience, love and tolerance,
As this is the real meaning of our independence.
Thank you
