Jay Pray

Protect my heart from this pain
cover my head from this rain
stop these tears from falling hard
drop down to my knees and pray to god
that I can come up out this hurt
and keep my mind and body in church
because lord knows I need you now
keep my feet on walking ground
move my body when I feel weak
give me energy even if I don't eat
keep me focused on my responsibilities
even though sometimes my mind gets blocked with negativity
make me strong when I feel like every thing is going wrong
god guide me through this journey
keep my mind with good memories
pull me up when I feel down
lord take your arms and wrap them around me
because when my vision gets blurry
I need to remember that my god is awesome
and I should have no worries
