JUST A LITTLE BIT
As I walked alone there I found
A stream once sheltered, cherished
Now shattered like a dream
Confused, my footsteps moved on
Suddenly, I looked up at the sky
The universe once enveloped with stars
Now brimming with clouds of tears.
I rode on to the ocean
I heard the roaring tide
But never again those whispering breeze
showed tenderness to soothe the pain
Where are those gleaming stars?
Where are the flowers that crept in the stream?
To show the memories
Just a little bit to feel gain
The beauty and songs of sparrow
The crimson skies and lilies grow
So my heart renews the memory of you.
A stream once sheltered, cherished
Now shattered like a dream
Confused, my footsteps moved on
Suddenly, I looked up at the sky
The universe once enveloped with stars
Now brimming with clouds of tears.
I rode on to the ocean
I heard the roaring tide
But never again those whispering breeze
showed tenderness to soothe the pain
Where are those gleaming stars?
Where are the flowers that crept in the stream?
To show the memories
Just a little bit to feel gain
The beauty and songs of sparrow
The crimson skies and lilies grow
So my heart renews the memory of you.
