Modern Tragady

Trust is something you earn not be taken lightly.
Yet, I give it away freely
Because I crave some sort of narrative in my life.
Because at the end of the day, into the early morning of tomorrow,
I stare blankly at the ceiling wondering
If talking would benefit me more when staying quiet is my comfort.
I take my words for granted and I think my mouth a sin.
It is a modern tragedy that I was gifted with lips and teeth and tung.
