My Sixth
Swelling, swirling emotional state
Entwining weaves of tomorrow.
Determining distance from The Gate
and potential propensity for sorrow.
Analogous actions align
syncopated session of being.
Rivulets ripple down the spine,
all remnants of tranquility fleeing.
Endless, robust, enduring
Ego's armor encompasses
old scars become reassuring
while our shadows confront us.
Ubiquitous unions have ushered
the rise of the "Raggedy Man"
to the status of the trusted
in the heart of a fragmented land.
