Yet they still reach down
To take my hand
Not everyone can learn to cope
Yet they still speak out
To spike my hope
Not everyone can run the mile
Yet they still stand up
To match my style
Not everyone can wear my shoes
Yet they still march on
To fix my lose
Not everyone can see my mind
Yet they still lean in
To be so kind
Yet they still reach down
