Propitious Love
The joys of loving you grow abundant,
as my heart softly whispers your name.
Though I have loved someone before,
this new love is just not the same.
It has recreated my entire inner being.
Open a path to my heart once more.
Sparking the mind again with wonder,
weather I have really been loved before.
Loving with unconditional forgiveness.
Like the love relieved from Our Father.
Unpretentious benevolence is ingrained.
Even when unrequited from my lover.
Abundantly blessed for our faithfulness.
Watching my scars fade to a blur.
This feels so good seing worth within,
and growing spiritually together for sure.
as my heart softly whispers your name.
This Poems Story
Written as a valentines gift for my life partner. Though we met at the worst time in both our lives, we fell in love and have helped each other grow.
