Spring Has Sprung And Just Begun

Scarlet leaf whom falls so gently,
Do you know it’s spring.
Where all of nature wakes up from winter,
To hear the robins sing.
The grass is much greener,
The snow has gone away.
The flowers are blossoming,
Blue skies replace the grey.
The scampering of animals,
A splash in the lake.
The frogs hip hopping,
A slithering snake.
The flittering of dragonflies,
Gently kissing the water.
Sun bathing turtles,
As the weather gets hotter.
The chirping of birds,
In the highest of trees.
Sharing space with the squirrels,
And enjoying the breeze.
Hikers start to emerge,
And begin to explore.
Mother Nature is here,
For all to adore!
