Starry Resilience

Dark, moonless night,
I look up,
the sky is oh so bright.

A glowing ball of hot gas,
but yet, travels with so much class.

An oversupply
of diamonds
scattered in the sky,
like beams of hope
lending a hand to help me cope.

Sparkling in the air,
some are rare,
some have more flare,
what matters the most,
they are always there.
