The Cost

By Michael

Cents unto dollars
Matters without matter
Foreign to common themes
Forensics we gather
Becomes all the means

Brings bare thought to conclusion
Indebtedness is dissolution
The price is purity
The weight which hangs surely
Wait and we hang out in obscurity
From the remnant of the slaughter
Displayed the DNA of dead dreams

What difference does it matter in the life that is shattered
What quote will time relinquish to void the conscious complex
All at a loss, but all at what cost
All at a loss, but all at what cost
All at a loss, but all at what cost.
