The death of compassion
There is no resurrection
if love is turned to sin;
no longer is compassion
the love that reigns within.
Mothers rest in peace
near the feet of Christ
are cursed to Satan's feast
where songs of death arise.
From the mouth
where love once thrived
hatred speaks uncouth
and compassion died.
if love is turned to sin;
no longer is compassion
the love that reigns within.
Mothers rest in peace
near the feet of Christ
are cursed to Satan's feast
where songs of death arise.
From the mouth
where love once thrived
hatred speaks uncouth
and compassion died.
