THE VERY SKY
When saw the very sky
And how vast it seems
It gives me a day in light
Which brightens all my being
This course about the sky I know
Is the hope when looking up
Not for a second can I grow
To feel the face of sky in might
I never understood the very sky
Until I felt its rage and fire
I saw that the sky is light
When I write with much desire
I hope in the sky because
Its the reason I can see
It shines my home with force
The reason I'm made to be.
