The Warrior

By Thomas David Pawelek III

I am a warrior
A champion of will,
I go into battle
Not for the thrill.
To fight for the dream
That it be strong,
To carry the flag
Where we belong.
I fight for others
In their stead,
To be their lion
And charge ahead.
I fight with pride
For that I love,
I fight with courage
From the One above.
