The wrong man.

If they had told me it would be beautiful

if they had told me it would be painful

I certainly wouldn't have understood anything

thinking about where feelings bring

because a woman loved with the heart

she could never said no without a teart.

Looking at my past I've always done the same

I said no to their love that I didn't know because I felt like shame

and all that I have collected by loving, was only indifference

the worst evil that can make me lose the evidence

because I made mistakes and I still do it again

no mercy helps me break this chain

everything hurts like it did then and it hurts even more

writing this becomes my legacy and that which I ignore

while I created an illusion to myself and other woman

hoping to change for her, but I was the wrong man.

Maybe one day I'll understand why poetry sublimates passion

That turns this Muse into an aberration

because a pure and sexless love

it just burns inside leaving me only the groove…..
