Time

By Brown11

Time.

To stop and stare in the past in the back where I left it when it crashed.

To fear for a second is it a curse or a blessin, what am I running from, nothin I reckon

Tied to a memory, a loney thought bounds me, only thy thoughts soundly stop me from drowning in my own misery

What else surrounds me other then the hallow echoes of a darker threshold from all the unknown that fall short of being untold.

So here i go my burdens become sombersome, look whats been done.

Painful is the present, are we breathing so easily, or held in by a tight grip of indiscretion

From the past it's a seed, moving right along, look what could it be, such adoration, its been created with patients, flourishing in the moment it grows so beautifully.

To look to deep the past was to bleak, blinded from the failures of the present, I'm hesitant to believe the future can rescue me.
