To You, Love Me
I like it when you're gone,
Because there is a chance you won't come back,
And if I never saw your face again,
Pure joy I wouldn't lack.
Sometimes I wish the Mafia,
Would put a price upon your head,
But you aren't worth a shit,
No more alive than dead.
When you're here,
I am STRESSED OUT!
You're the one I want the most,
To simply be without...
And when I fold my hands to pray,
The only thing I ever say is,
"Let me live to see you die, Amen!"
I hope that is today.
Because there is a chance you won't come back,
And if I never saw your face again,
Pure joy I wouldn't lack.
Sometimes I wish the Mafia,
Would put a price upon your head,
But you aren't worth a shit,
No more alive than dead.
When you're here,
I am STRESSED OUT!
You're the one I want the most,
To simply be without...
And when I fold my hands to pray,
The only thing I ever say is,
"Let me live to see you die, Amen!"
I hope that is today.
