Twas another Christmas

By Donna Sisk

Twas another Christmas
Without you here with me
Just another day like before
Twas another Christmas
Twas sixteen days before Christmas 2023
You are not here just like last year
Where are you at?
Where are you now?
Twas another Christmas nothing under the tree, no voices,no running in the house
Twas another Christmas
Nothing more
Nothing less
Can you come and get to me?
Can you come stay with me?
Twas another Christmas
Come to me my love don't just
Let it be another Christmas without you.
