Utilitarian Undertaking
Its been an ugly umpteen days.
We’re still surviving under UV rays.
What are we supposed to do?
Martyrdom you can’t undo.
Must we kill one to help a few?
And what is fair to help us choose?
Together we can undertake.
It’s all our choice to make.
Win or lose we understand.
We chose not to kill upon demand.
