You Become What You Feed Your Mind

You Become What You Feed Your Mind.
Your mind is a soil, your thoughts are seeds,
Water them wisely, and watch what grows from your hard work.
Feed it with wisdom, let knowledge take root,
The fruits of your thinking will shape your pursuit.
If you feed your mind with dislike, resentment, and deception,
You will build walls around your heart and darkness in your eyes.
If you feed it with envy, negativity, and fear,
You may lose sight of the blessings that are already near.
But feed it with courage, with purpose, and grace,
And you'll find new strength to run your own race.
Fill it with patience, with love, and ambition,
And watch how your life begins a beautiful transition.
Be careful what you watch and the words you embrace,
For everything you consume leaves a mark in its place.
The conversations you entertain, the company you keep,
Become part of your thinking, planting seeds down deep.
Remember, your mind is the blueprint of who you become,
And the things you repeatedly feed it will shape what you become.
You cannot sow confusion and expect to reap peace,
Nor feed your soul with bitterness and expect anger to cease.
So guard your mind like a treasure, protect what goes in,
Choose thoughts that build character and strengthen you within.
Be realistic to yourself and feed your mind with truth, let discipline lead the way,
And you'll become a better version of yourself every day.
Because the person you become tomorrow starts with the thoughts you feed your mind today.
