A Beauty To Mortals

After the crimson light says it's last goodbye,
Comes the pitch black night to say Hello and Hi.
Then, comes a spark;
A bright emerald green,
To dance in the sky;
To far off be seen.
It sparkles and shines.
A dream of iridescent glow.
A beauty to mortals.
Hopping over to and fro.
A colorful strip through the night,
Come the wonderful the northern lights.
