A Grandma's Love

Waiting and anticipating



the arrival of all five



with big hugs and kisses



as they all safely arrive



 



Then the running, playing and



jumping on grandma's bed



with shuddering thoughts



of a breaking and collapsing bed!



 



Time to leave and get back on the road



as the five get ready to go back home



with more hugs and kisses and sad goodbyes



all lovingly placed on grandma's dome



 



The following day as grandma rests



she reminisces of the joyous day past



then a glimmer of hope suddenly appears



there will be a next visit from my dears!
