A Lifetime of Love

The water will always run dry,
And the strongest will always cry.
All the snow will melt away,
And the dawn will always turn into day.
The rivers someday will not flow,
And the wind will one day cease to blow.
All the flowers will start to wilt,
And the creeks will all be stopped by silt.
The birds won't sing.
Church bells won't always ring.
Humanity will no longer be,
That will be a sad day to see.
There won't be a luck rabbit
Or a pretty, white dove.
But maybe, just maybe,
There will always be love.
