A Mother\'s Worst Fear

The day they meet that
Little baby who will now see the world

The day they couldn’t explain with words
Not sleeping because their baby told them no

But also scared that if they even blink the baby
Will say adios

I’m no mother
But even I know
That If that baby ever goes cold
The mother will no longer be bold

There’s nothing stronger than a mothers love
But if you ever break that woman’s heart
Nothing will hurt more than when their love stops

It’s one of the greatest things you could ever feel
And if you’ve ever felt it you would scream it in a crowded field

She may not be my blood
But, I know if anythings happens she would go on a hunt
She’s my savor in disguise
But, also someone I never want to hide

You don’t understand because if anything ever happens to her
My whole world would go in slow mo

The one person i’m not scared to let hold my hand
Because I know even if I fail
She would still be there holding my hand till the
very end.
