Everybody wants to know
why I sing where ever I go
Because when It’s time for me to speak
I just stand there shaking like a leaf
I can hear Charlie saying good grief
The butterflies are stirred up beyond belief
And that’s when the sky turns gray
Because nothing I say
Ever comes out the right way
And I don’t know why because I always have
everything wrapped perfectly inside of my head

From the smoke

I start stuttering like a fool

Trying to find something
