Bloody Rose
We could be mates for life,
The veil that hinders our sight.
Painted roses with your blood that used to be white.
I poured water to cleanse this rose,
I smell the eerie freshness of it through my nose.
Yet the petals are still a red tint,
The sorrow of destroying the purity of the innocent.
We watch as blood drips down the petals,
The blood drips to the ground,
And then turns brown later on as it settles.
Red is quite a beautiful color we suppose,
Blood from our body onto the bloody rose.
