CAPTIVE
Your masked look,
Makes me feel sick.
I’m your captive;
Your lifelong captive.
I can never be a bird,
Who can wing in the sky;
My pinions are pinned,
How can I dream to fly?
Rainbow colored attire,
Cannot fake my despair.
Viands, most delicious,
Cannot fulfil my wish.
You’re the alpha male,
I’m the fettered victim.
In this unfair tale,
You are victor, I’m victim.
Makes me feel sick.
I’m your captive;
Your lifelong captive.
I can never be a bird,
Who can wing in the sky;
My pinions are pinned,
How can I dream to fly?
Rainbow colored attire,
Cannot fake my despair.
Viands, most delicious,
Cannot fulfil my wish.
You’re the alpha male,
I’m the fettered victim.
In this unfair tale,
You are victor, I’m victim.
