NAMELESS GRAVES
I walk along my memory lane,
To place the flowers on nameless graves:
They are the ones who shared my pain;
Now lying in the silent graves.
The gate of the past now stands open:
They rush into my memory yard;
Wagging their tails, once again,
To welcome me to their world.
They waited for me till I come home,
They followed my step, wherever I go,
They lied at my feet, and made me warm,
They filled my world when no one did so.
Now, the whole world is like a grave,
Without their loyal smile.
I come to their grave,
To be with them for a while.
I gathered these lyrical flowers,
While on my memory lane,
I scatter them on their graves,
Sprinkled with the teary rain.
To place the flowers on nameless graves:
They are the ones who shared my pain;
Now lying in the silent graves.
The gate of the past now stands open:
They rush into my memory yard;
Wagging their tails, once again,
To welcome me to their world.
They waited for me till I come home,
They followed my step, wherever I go,
They lied at my feet, and made me warm,
They filled my world when no one did so.
Now, the whole world is like a grave,
Without their loyal smile.
I come to their grave,
To be with them for a while.
I gathered these lyrical flowers,
While on my memory lane,
I scatter them on their graves,
Sprinkled with the teary rain.
