Cell
I’m trapped and alone
In this cell they call a home
I’m confused and concerned
In what such homes do they let us burn?
I’m hurt and I’m lost
Is my time here worth the cost?
I’m afraid of the hate
That you give me every day
Is this worth the wait?
Is this worth the pain?
My end is coming soon
My last wish was for you
But love is a prison
And it forgets your dying wishes
In this cell they call a home
I’m confused and concerned
In what such homes do they let us burn?
I’m hurt and I’m lost
Is my time here worth the cost?
I’m afraid of the hate
That you give me every day
Is this worth the wait?
Is this worth the pain?
My end is coming soon
My last wish was for you
But love is a prison
And it forgets your dying wishes
