DREAMS
Shed thy golden luster,
Like the stars;
Fleeing my fears asunder,
Clear the bars.
Raise my spirits high
To bear the pain of a sigh,
While on the hilly lane,
Till I meet a plain.
Be a divine rain drop
To my thirsty lip,
Till I see a greenery,
Ending the desert scenery.
Remain by my side,
As a loyal friend,
Until the day I pace,
To final resting place.
Like the stars;
Fleeing my fears asunder,
Clear the bars.
Raise my spirits high
To bear the pain of a sigh,
While on the hilly lane,
Till I meet a plain.
Be a divine rain drop
To my thirsty lip,
Till I see a greenery,
Ending the desert scenery.
Remain by my side,
As a loyal friend,
Until the day I pace,
To final resting place.
