Ghost and spirits
I hold my breath before I enter a room,
As if I am diving into the water.
It helps me clear my mind,
It helps me to clear my eyes.
I stay inside most of the time,
even though the winter is over.
I stay in bed,
Even when the sun throws herself through my windows.
When I speak I speak loud,
But once I go silent I regret saying anything.
There are days I wish I couldn't speak at all,
There are days I lay in bed with out feeling at all.
I am more afraid of their judgment then I am of ghosts,
or spirits lurking in dark corners.
I except them in fact,
because I have made a mends with these ghouls,
I have come to terms with my anxiety and depression.
