Glass House

In this glass house
Is where you will stay
Trapped like a mouse
With no time to pray

You bring your fists against these walls
Begging for release
But your look of frustration falls
When you see there is no chance of peace

These glass walls are not wearing thin
There is no way out
Caged inside of your own skin
With a constant want to shout

Their smirks are drawn against blank faces
An evil glint showing in their eyes
There is no way to give up and pace
Because the feeling inside of you soon will die

These crystal walls are not disappearing
This they promise all too soon
Because their mouths speak what you have been fearing:
They are locked inside a glass house too.
