Good-Bye
So many thoughts, I wish you knew the truth. I tried to tell you, but you left too soon. Now you'll never know what I wanted to say, you are so stubborn, you pushed me away. I cared too much, thought you did too, but I was wrong, I should've known you. I once said good-bye and it was hard to do, you left without a word, don't I deserve one too? Maybe one day we'll meet again, maybe you'll apologize? I'll wait til then. No, I won't hold my breath, I'll move on with my life, continue my success, but I promise to think of you every now and then. Good-bye old friend, guess I'm saying it again, just wish I could hear you say it on the other end.
