Hearts Beset
O why, o why do the tender sigh longing for your lofty grace
In hearts beset by Winter's hefty pace
In your hand my crumbling face
The babies that you breed will soar to armies in your wake
Hyacinth, and stem enclosed by your commanding vase
But she says there are enough poems written about her
Why don't you recite this one to another
In hearts beset by Winter's hefty pace
In your hand my crumbling face
The babies that you breed will soar to armies in your wake
Hyacinth, and stem enclosed by your commanding vase
But she says there are enough poems written about her
Why don't you recite this one to another
