Hide and Seek

Where hides the love of my life?
Dwelling on another?
Where hides the love of my life?
Living under a rock?

Maybe I've seen you once before.
Maybe I've seen you at the store.
These strange feelings flood my bones,
Do you feel them too?

At night I lay beside myself,
Sometimes I feel so cold.
At night I lay beside myself,
And there's no one there to hold.

I long for a warm soul to love.
I long for my companion.
A piece of me is crumbling.
My heart beat is stumbling.

Where hides the love of my life?
Dwelling on another?
Where hides the love of my life?
Are you searching for me too?
